Visa Details

A consular visa is generally required for Indian passport holders to enter Argentina. However, as of August 28, 2025 (Resolution 353/2025, Ministry of the Interior), Indian citizens holding a valid and current U.S. visa (B1/B2, B2, J, B1, O, P (P1, P2, P3), E or H-1B) or a U.S. Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) can enter Argentina for tourism purposes for up to 90 days WITHOUT a consular visa or AVE/ETA. The eligible U.S. visa or Green Card may need to be valid for at least 90 days from the date of entry, and the National Immigration Directorate verifies each case on arrival. Travelers without one of the eligible U.S. visas/Green Card must still apply for a consular tourist visa.
