Visa Details
Indian tourists can use a visa-free stay of up to 14 days with a passport valid at least six months beyond the intended stay, hotel accommodation, financial evidence and return/onward ticket. A qualifying valid US, Japanese, Australian, Canadian, Schengen, Singaporean or UK visa or permanent residence permit can support up to 30 days under Bureau of Immigration Circular 2025-003; transit and seafarer visas are excluded. Both routes require eTravel registration/update and no derogatory immigration record, and neither can be extended or converted. Official sources differ on temporary residence permits and business visits: confirm those cases with Philippine immigration. These tourist exemptions are not a blanket transit exemption.
