Visa Details

Indian passport holders can obtain an eVisa for entry into Russia. As of August 23, 2025 (Federal Law No. 257-FZ; presidential decree of July 23, 2025), the eVisa validity has been doubled from 60 to 120 days, and the maximum authorized stay per visit is now 30 days (previously 16). The eVisa remains multiple-entry within the 120-day window. Applications must be submitted in advance via the official MFA portal. It's worth noting that a visa is not required if visiting Saint Petersburg for up to 72 hours via ferry from Finland.
