Visa Details

Indian ordinary passport holders can apply for a Lao tourist eVisa; visa on arrival is also available at eligible checkpoints. The eVisa permits one entry and a stay of up to 30 days, with an approval letter valid for entry for up to 60 days. For an eVisa, use a passport valid for more than 180 days from arrival, travel with the same passport used to apply, and print the approval letter. Enter through an official eVisa-designated port and confirm the visa facilities at your chosen border before travel. Tourist and arrival visas do not permit employment.
