A conditional 14-day visa exemption applies only to Indians with a valid visa or residence permit from the United States, Canada, Australia, the United Kingdom, a Schengen country, or Japan, or eligible GCC residents, and only when they also hold a six-month-valid passport, return ticket, confirmed hotel, health insurance, and sufficient funds.
