Step-by-Step Application Process

    For residents in India: Submit documents through VFS Global

    For residents in specific countries (Australia, Brazil, Cambodia, Canada, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, South Africa, Taiwan, UK, US): Apply for e-Visa at https://www.mofa.go.jp/j_info/visit/visa/

    Fill online application form with accurate information

    Upload required documents (passport copy, photo, itinerary, financial proof)

    Submit application and pay service charges

    Receive e-visa approval via email (single-entry tourist visa only)

  • • Holding US/UK/Schengen visa does NOT waive Japan visa requirement for Indians
